IT Operations Engineer Responsibilities:

As a IT Operations Engineer your responsibilities include:

- Buy Domains On Behalf Of Our Clients
- Create Microsoft Office 365 Accounts For The Corresponding Domains
- Configure The Proper DNS Records
- Document The New Inboxes Created
- Add The New Inboxes Into SmartLeads Warmup Pool
- Monitor The Inboxes And Troubleshoot Disconnections, Warm Up Removals, and any Outbound Issues

Additional Attributes

Identifying processes and systems to increase our conversion rates and minimize errors

Bonus Qualifications

Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Smartlead, Airtable or Porkbun
Understand DNS Configurations
Expertise In Basic Email Deliverability

What You'll Do:

Daily
- Reconnect Any Disconnected Inboxes
- Communicate With Smartlead To Add Our Inboxes Back Into The Warmup Pool
- Identify Any Inboxes With Outbound Errors
- Create New Inboxes For Clients
- Document New Inboxes

Weekly
- Report On Outbound Volume

As needed
- Ad Hoc Tasks Related To Cold Email Campaigns

What You Can Expect In Your First Year:

Within 1 Month
- Complete your new hire onboarding.
- Understand all technology used in LeadStatic
- Proper Understanding Of Creating Inboxes At LeadStatic

Within 3 Months
- Proper Understanding Of Managing All Inboxes At LeadStatic
- Be The Main POC For Smartlead Questions At LeadStatic

Within 6 Months
- Architect New Processes At Leadbird To Ensure Better Delivery
